Restoring Personal and Team Resilience With Seasons
One of the principles of living systems is that all of life moves through cycles of change that include birth, growth, decay, and death. The four seasons - Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter - are a great example of these cycles of life and full of useful metaphors.
Throughout history, humans have had an intimate relationship with seasons as they shaped many of our cultures and rituals, and create the conditions both for renewal and for life to flourish.
In this Masterclass, we will:
