Reconnecting with our inner and outer nature, and each other,
in life-affirming ways.

Na·ture:  the innate or essential qualities, including energetics, of a living being.
Ex·change:  the act of giving one thing and receiving another in return.

Are you curious about the interconnectedness of our 'inner' nature and the 'outer' natural world? Or how nature's living systems principles can be applied to your life for greater resilience, wellbeing, vitality, healthier relationships, and better performance?

Join us for an intentional morning walk in the woods to reconnect with nature, with ourselves and each other, and to hold space for both movement and stillness, reflections and observations, and the exchange of ideas and insights on how nature can help us reconnect, renew, and revitalize ourselves amidst the chaos and complexity of today.

In 90 minutes, through a guided forest walk and set of practices, we will:

🌿 Arrive and ground ourselves in nature, group check in

🌿 Guided group walk in silence - sensing and (re)connecting to our inner and outer nature

🌿 Solo sit or stand in silence - observing and contemplating the interconnectedness of everything

🌿 Pair / Trio Walk to share thoughts and perspectives

🌿 Group debrief - standing in large circle to share reflections, insights, inspirations, and gratitude.

Our goal is for you to leave the experience feeling more connected, self-aware, and revitalized.
